Mini Enterprise Manifesto

I’ve been playing around with a few ideas, with the view of developing something like a manifesto for enterprise development.  Here’s what I have so far:

1. Focus on good stewardship and active involvement (of and in businesses, property, any asset, the planet) instead of just ownership.
2. In devising an entrepreneurial solution, imagine solving two problems – for each of two parties you’re bringing together at the table.
3. Imagine thinking of and treating your funders as customers and your customers as funders.
